I can't say enough good things about the General manager, Alanna Blitz, Monica Gwiazda, (Business Support Services Manager) and the support staff here at 1515 Market Street. My office is kept clean, quiet, and productive. Besides the usual tasks (letters, copying, scanning, etc.) the staff attends meetings and no task is ever too much trouble for them to tackle. I'm always greeted with a smile. Keep up the good work Alanna and Monica. Mulhern Electric will be happy to renew our lease when the time comes.
I have been a part of this group now for 5 years, and as I have always been proud to state, I have never had a bad day at the office!! I do a lot of ADR Mediations and Arbitrations and always feel confident that the rooms are ready, my clients or guests are treated with respect, and my work is important to the office staff which then reflects well on my business. The staff, from the receptionist to the paralegals to the office manager, are simply top notch: responsive, courteous, festive, respectful, professional and responsible. The accommodations are perfect for business with modern technology and a friendly atmosphere. I have made, and will continue to make, recommendations to many other lawyers relative to using AEC!
AEC is exceptional! I recently started my business and began renting a virtual office space. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. Even though I am not there on a daily basis, it truly does feel like you rent a regular space with them- from staff remembering your name and making your clients feel like it is YOUR office. I hope to continue expanding my business and have my office there full time!
The space is very attractive and well maintained. Some tenants are a bit noisy and need to be reminded to modulate their voices and calls.
My firm has been leasing space at American Executive Centers since 2012. I have been impressed with the staff and the courteous, professional treatment, the high quality assistance and the rapid response we receive to any issues. The office is conveniently located, and the space is first rate. I highly recommend it.

I couldn't be more positive on AEC as a 13 year tenant in the Center City office location. In short, AEC should be on the short-list for any executive suite search, whether in Center City or PA/NJ suburbs. AEC offers a range of in-office and virtual options, with the AEC office location serving as "home base" in either case. The Center City office suite, located in the 1515 Market Street office building, is well-appointed, and offers a range of office sizes as well as meeting/collaboration spaces. As importantly, the AEC team is top-notch...highly competent, timely and very friendly. The Center City office couldn't be more centrally located, across the street from City Hall (and fantastic newly-restored Dilworth and Love Plazas), and in the heart of central business district with an easy walk to any downtown destination and beyond, via SEPTA (the El or Regional Rail) as well as multiple off-street parking options. AEC offers several other locations in the western suburbs and South Jersey.
Was just visiting my Lawyer and I was not able to see the whole building., But from what I saw all public areas are extremely boring!

IF YOU OWN A SMALL BUSINESS, BEWARE! My small company rented two small interior rooms from AEC for a year. When it was time to move out, we gave them 54 days notice, but since it wasn't 60 days notice, they SUED US FOR $30k! We even offered over $7,000 (more than a thousand dollars for every day that the notice was late) to settle the case, but they won't stop. If I tried to pull a technicality like this to screw my clients, they would put me out of business, and I hope the same thing happens to American Executive Centers. A company that caters to small businesses has to be more reasonable or word will get around.
The team at American Executive Suites have been great to work with. They're helpful, professional and very accomodating to our needs - from creating a flexible lease that meets our contracting timelines to outfitting the space so that our staff is comfortable and so that it meets our requirements. The facilities are very nice and provide a professional atmosphere for our business. We appreciate everything Ramon and the team have done for us and would highly recommend them.
