DON'T DO IT. No offense to the people event that turned out okay, but my sister didn't even have a proper place to take professional wedding photos. The location is aweful and the UPKEEPING OF THE HALL WAS TERRIBLE. i'M IN TOTAL DISBELIEF OF WHAT MY SISTER PAID FOR THIS EVENT CENTER, the owner should be ashamed of herself. There was no seperate area for the bride to get dressed and the entire wedding party had to share one room to get ready. And to top it off, her disposition was very unprofessional. Had I known the details of this event center before hand,it never would of taken place there. So there you have it , if you desperate and truly short on cash then go right ahead and book this place. This place gets on star just for being my sister's choice, she was very disappointed. The owner truly needs to attend business ownership classes.
Great job on my boyfriends party
Julie was unorganized, she gave our clients false information regarding her services and when we arrived she was unprepared. She ran out of plates, she promised an all inclusive experience except catering but we ultimately used and purchased our decorations in addition to the brides décor to fix her mistakes. The event was to be held from 4-8 with two hour set up time, she let us in late and at 8:20 she said and I quote" Yall need to hurry up because I have some where to be" Mind you we not only cleaned up all of our décor we attempted to help her although that was not apart of our job. The hall does not have ample parking and the entire time she complained about her feet hurting. When my partner spoke to her and tried to conference in the client in the day before, she asked that the client be removed because what she told them and what she told us were two completely different things. Bad customer service, she also charged our clients for a package she did not provide, we were not hired until after they already booked the place. We will not patronize her, not by choice anyway.
Wow! Angel's Event Center met our every expectation. The event went over without a hitch and everyone had a great time. The friendly staff at Angel's went above and beyond our every need. Thank you Ms. Mostellar for your expert advice and attention to details to make our event one we will never forget. I am having my reception at Angels event center and i spoke to Ms. Julie and she was so pleasent and made me feel like I was family. She had some great Ideas to share with me about the set up for my reception.. She's understanding and is willing to work with you so that you have the time of your life for any event. I've rented out venues before but i never felt like family before and she made me feel so comfortable. I would recommend Angels Event center to everyone. The place is beautiful and spacious. all thumbs up
