*Friday and Saturday nights after 4pm the Chanhassen Room has a $1,000 food and beverage minimum. Sunday – Thursday nights after 4pm Chanhassen Room has a $400 food and beverage minimum. There is a 10 person minimum for Sunday – Saturday from open till 3pm (no food and beverage minimum).
