Very good location, but poor management! Waste of time to visit.

Worse experience ever , not happy with the management team!!! Rebecca is the manager for the company, she has no idea how to make this space a better place to work at.

The security in the lobby is extremely rude, she was so irresponsible for her job position. This place just lack of management, there are thousand of co-working spaces can choice from. What we paid for not only a space for work also for the experience when we work. They did not care their clients as well as they did not care about their business. Don’t even waste of your time here, there are much more better choices.

FreedomPoP is the worst organization to deal with. Free Internet, Free cell phone service is what they claim; what service for an hour or a day; get real.
They are a rip off from the word go. No live customer service; no way to communicate other than their community forum. If you use the contact link or any link off of the website, it continually takes you in circles asking you to login repeatedly. They use the excuse for poor customer service is because what they offer to the public is free. It's pure BS that they hand you from start to finish. Stay clear of this company; you won't be saving anything but a nightmare, over and over again. :(
