Day Block Event Center

The Day Block Event Center is an event venue located in the historic Mill City Riverfront District of Downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our venue is housed in the Day Block building, a property which was built in 1883 and later restored in 2006. Our building has received a local Historic Preservation Award for maintaining the original beauty of the space and is available for hosting a variety of special events including wedding ceremonies, wedding receptions, corporate events, meetings, photo shoots, cocktail parties and fashion shows. Our venue has no food and beverage minimums and allows outside caterers, though catering is available in-house via Day Block Brewing, if guests choose this option. Our event space accommodates up to 250 guests and pricing varies based on individual dates. Pricing starts at $1000 for weekday rates and goes up to $4500 for weekend bookings.
