Jump and Slide Combos

Kids Bouncy Things is a wonderful company to rent inflatables from. I rent one almost every year for my children’s birthday parties. Recently, I had to cancel and reschedule an order I made and they were more than happy to make the accommodations I needed. I will always use this company. Any inflatable that I have ever rented has always been nice and clean and the kids have LOVED it!

For starters I was told an SUV would be sufficient to pick up item. Would not fit, I was told I had to pick up by 12 so I was pressed for time. They then said that’s just “something they tell people” and it’s not true. When I got the item home there were multiple holes, there were 2 stakes missing. I called the company and was told to go buy duct tape and hope that it holds. Item was inflated and the Velcro was so worn that it wouldn’t stick and kept coming apart. I will definitely never use this company again and do not recommend them to anyone.

We rent waterslides in September and jump houses in February. Kiddos love having this much fun at their birthday parties. Memories made each time. Staff great to work with.

Kids bouncy things, LLC. They arrive on time, was very professional and very helpful. I ordered a bounce house. Their product was very reasonable and price, clean and the kids really enjoyed it. I will order from them again.

I never spoke with anyone and the booking process online is kind of hard to figure out. But other than that it was a great experience! The disco dome was awesome, we loved the speaker and lights!!! All the kiddos loved every second of having it! We actually got it early and even had it later than the pick up time was at no extra charge, so that was an added bonus! The guys that delivered and picked up were awesome! Had it up and down in minutes! Thanks so much for the fun birthday party for my little one!!!
