I've hired this company for about 4 or 5 separate events now, dating back to 2017/18 time frame, and they never fail to deliver as described, with everything as described. These events were major successes due to the exceptional service of this company. Will return again after the excellent service provided this year as well.
Booking was super easy and all online which I appreciated!! They also call when they are 30 min out which was nice. They set up day before and picked up day after event which worked out perfectly. My son had a blast on the bouncy castle. I would definitely rent from them again!!
We have used Kids Bouncy Things for our kids birthday parties, They are quick with delivery and have fast response times if there are question you need answered. We recommend them and can’t wait to celebrate with them again!
Ps- Even their children were very respectful and helpful! They are doing something right!!
Website is very detailed and everything is said before you even make the reservation. The bouncy house was a huge hit for my daughter’s birthday party the kids all had so much fun.
Big shoutout to the Kids Bouncy Things. Everything at my event was wonderful they had great service, precise timing. I’m talking about came earlier and everything. Clean machinery. I also had the cotton candy machine. You guys really made my event memorable for my daughter and nieces play date. Thank Y’all!! 😉
Setup was fast and I was able to keep it overnight. This is not my first time using them. So far so good! Highly recommend.
We have been using locust grove bouncy things since my sons first birthday party , going on a decade now. All but last year, we tried another company because the price was cheaper. BIGGGGG mistake. I will not bash another company but LG bouncy things customer service, quality of slides, and professionalism far exceeds any other company!!! We love the company and the ease of online ordering. Any question a customer may have is answered right on their website and if not then they have email and phone numbers to assist. Not to mention this a locally owned company in my neighborhood and we love to support LOCAL! Order from them and you won’t regret!
BEWARE!!! I was very excited to use this company to rent a waterslide to use for a birthday party. I was more excited to see the "deals" they offer. I was just going for the waterslide only until i seen the combo selection where you can add on for a better party. The total will show if you chose to pick up you can save $100. I of course chose that option but to only receive my final invoice (a week after paying the booking fee) that the price went from around 250 to 399. Not once does it state in your options that the extra add ons are not pick up available, so you lose you discount. I called to find out what was going on to only speak with someone who could only continue to tell me that he understands i dont understand. No, the issue and like he stated the website has a glitch and needs to be fixed but telling a PAYING customer who has already paid the booking fee over and over that you understand i dont understand is condescending and rude. I understand completely that your website is incorrect and does not properly display the correct information. Not to mention that the first email i recieved had one amount and then a follow up email with a new amount within 6 hours of each other. The first email didnt come in until 11:13 PM with the second email coming in at 5:17 AM, again this is also after a week of booking. Then to be told i would lose my booking fee to cancel because after i asked if i could just change to the slide only and was continuously told that i do not understand i was told he would just cancel and refund my booking fee. SO BEWARE AND MAKE SURE YOU FOLLOW UP!!!
To reply to your reply. I have the entire conversation recorded and would love to send you a copy so you can refresh your memory on how this interaction went. You yourself, co-owner, Justin said "there is a glitch on our website" I understand you don"t like negative reviews but they are very much warranted. Like I stated i did not get an email until after a week of booking, which the first email had one price (which the website said would be the total) and then the second email was another price ( i still have and would love to send to you for a refresh). The second issue i have with your reply is stating that i am complaining to complain and that is not the case, the only reason a refund was issued was because i brought up the BBB after being told numerous times "you understand I don"t understand". I hope this negative review will allow you to see your mistakes and correct them for the next customer.
Also, I received a phone call from Misty (co-owner) Monday after my party with another company and was told that the crew was running behind and they would be there sometime to pick up the slide. I then had to remind Misty that i did not use you guys and was issued a refund. In which she responded "When did you get a refund". I hope you are able to learn from the mistakes and make your business stronger. I would highly suggest customer service classes.

I appreciate the convenience of being able to have the variety of places to choice to rent from. Justin was very courteous and helpful. He extended his service and met me at the facility to assist me. Justin also gave me thorough details and instructions on how to drop off the rental as well. I am truly grateful.
