The Cove is the newest addition to the Kings Mills. The combination of wood and stone walls is complimented nicely by the hardwood floors. Two large palladium windows let a generous amount of light cascade into the beautiful facility, which boasts a tall open hardwood ceiling. A custom stone bar with oak accents stands as a beautiful corner piece in the room. The beautiful pavilion area sits along the creek; just steps from the entrance to the cove, providing a spectacular outdoor area for the guests to sit down and enjoy the setting of the mills.

Absolutely gorgeous wedding venue

This past weekend we attended Charlie and Kate's wedding at Kings Mills. I must say that it was wonderful in every aspect. The Bride was stunning. The Groom was handsome. The backdrop was a lovely historical stone building on the side of a stream with a mini waterfall.

The wedding ceremony began streamside, under the canopy of tree shade, enough for a hundred of us. The organization was spot on, and timed to perfection, as we had the pleasure of walking the grounds to make memories of our own, and eventually gathered in a room for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres. The reception happened upstairs in a rustic hall laden with large natural light windows, and intimate enough for everyone to feel like family. I must say that whoever catered this wedding did an amazing job.

The dancing went through the night, the acoustics were perfect for the 70s, 80s and modern vibes.

Kings Mills was the perfect venue for our friends' wedding.
