Kinmont serves sustainable seafood in a rustic yet refined space, complete with timber beams, skylights, and antique Americana-inspired decór. The menu showcases familiar fish options alongside rough fish, or seafood that’s underused but no less delicious. (For landlubbers, there are also meat and vegetable options.) Drinks include local craft beers, wines, and innovative craft cocktails.
