Gym

My son loves this place. Multiple rooms for children of various ages. Several play houses and most importantly lots of room for the kids to run. Coffee shop for the parents which is nice. Make sure you wear socks or you have to buy them at entry.

I took my daughter there for the first time today and she love it. The place is spacious there's plenty of toys and it's kept clean.

Menu leaves a lot to be desired. Not many vegan food options and it took three times and 20 minutes to get my order right. You're better off saving your money and taking your kids to a park.

Updated review: Today, 7/5, the place was not busy, but the wait times were huge because they were so short-staffed. Twenty minute wait to get in because the checking in/admission was being done at the food counter by the person taking food orders AND preparing drinks. Forty-five minutes for one grilled cheese. Unsupervised kids in the Big Beans area. I asked a 10 y.o. who was being rude yo my 5 y.o. where her parent was and she said, I don't know...probably the cafe. No staff supervisor in Big Beans either except when running the zip line. We rarely go here (twice a year?), but our friend wanted to go. The place was clean this time and no odor.

Previous review: This place is place was great when it opened and my son really enjoyed going there. Unfortunately, our last two trips were not good. At the beginning of the year, we went to play and the place was smelly, like mildew. Recently, we went again and found the price was raised. The toys were in poor condition, the smell was still there, there were toys EVERYWHERE and none of the tables were clean. My son actually just stared at the mess. It was afternoon and the place was not busy.

It does seem that there is spotty enforcement of the age requirements for the non-gym area. And I feel that the people that work there don't seem especially suited to working around kids. Needless to say, we aren't planning to return.

This place is absolutely excellent for kids, probably too expensive for most families, and is at least partially staffed with rude, disrespectful, and downright mean people. My wife and I took our two children with a free pass, to try it out and see if we might be interested in making it a go-to place, as we live in the neighborhood. One look at their regular prices told me it was unlikely we'd be going back. One interaction with one of the young women in cafe, and I knew we'd never return. I wish I remembered her name, because she doesn't deserve to be employed.
