My Fiancée and I are looking for a wedding venue and thought to check this place out. Everything went well in terms of getting an appointment scheduled. We got a confirmation email for our appointment at 2:00 PM on Saturday. I drove down from Dallas to come check it out knowing we had an appointment set. We get to the venue and no one is there. We text the number we used to set up the appointment, no response. We call the number on the confirmation, no response. Left a voicemail, no response. How do you trust a staff to help plan your wedding when they can’t even show up to give you a tour of the place. On top of that, they didn’t even have the decency to give us a call to let us know they won’t be able to make it. Or even apologize and maybe reschedule for another time.
Great meeting there with the international people's from all over the world for lunch. Very organize group
Fabulous Venue and Staff!!! The Entire Staff were ALL very professional, accommodating, kind and helpful. They were there to help with everything when needed, even though they did not have to extend a hand. They are very involved and want to see your event be the success you hoped for it to be. They were able to anticipate our needs in a timely manner and were very understanding and knowledgeable of the big and small details that can push your event over the top. If you are looking for an elegant and beautiful venue with an Amazing Staff, you can now stop looking because this is your venue!
Nice place. The staff was friendly. I attended a family member's wedding. There are several areas in which to have weddings and receptions. It just lacks natural scenery. It's right by I10 on the feeder surrounded by other businesses, so you won't have an area into which you can step out and enjoy nature, pretty landscaping, etc.
