LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE. I've gone on night when it's dead and I've gone on nights when it's packed--either way the place was pretty enjoyable. on a slow night it's a great dive-y bar but when it's packed it's club-y.

moral of the story is this: if you want to avoid all the yuppies in the gas lamp--come here.

Wow! Anyone who has experience renting apartments or studio space, or anything really, knows that management is everything. Everything else is secondary! Good management saves bad situations, and bad management ruins good situations.

The owners at Royal Rehearsal were always extremely professional, generous, and great communicators. They really went above and beyond for their tenants.

I subleased from someone's unit for six months and then rented my own unit for six months at the Burbank location. There were some unexpected twists in my time there, but the owners really saved the day. I'm only leaving Royal because I'm moving out of the area, but I recommend any musician to see if Royal can suit your needs.
