Best investment I’ve made since quarantine started! I was hesitant to go to a gym during a pandemic, but Brandon and his team do and outstanding job making sure everyone is safe...and that’s coming from a nurse. I am so thankful I took the plunge and started working out at Sanctuary. My overall health, mental and physical, has improved and I genuinely look forward to each session. The whole crew is super knowledgeable...highly recommend!!
Beautiful studio. Great personal trainers. Stellar customer service. Was in town for a work trip, found this place and went there for two sessions (one personal training + one pilates). If I lived in Baltimore, I'd be a regular! Please give this hidden gem a try. You won't regret it!
Came to the Sanctuary for help with some long-standing running/sports injuries and alignment issues. I've been really impressed with the sessions - I've always felt like I'm in extremely professional and trustworthy hands, and have been really happy with progress on strains and injuries I assumed I was never going to shift. I leave every time feeling stronger but also more open and with better posture - like a cross between the feeling I'd get after a work-out and a sports massage. Plus it's a really beautiful space.
I almost canceled my training session today with Brandon, due to a sore and stiff neck that developed over the past few days. But I'm glad I went in. Brandon worked on my neck and all the places from the back of my head to my lower back, that were all connected to the pain I was experiencing. Some very specific stretches got deep into the area and I felt much better leaving than I did arriving. I'm glad I went. Thanks, B!
I've been training here for over a year now. I originally went in to do some lower body workout to help support my knee with torn MCL, but the training sessions expanded to whole body workout and it's been very effective. There are 4 trainers and they all have different "style" of workout regimen, so it doesnt get boring like ordinary PT. Highly recommended.
