SOMA StrEAT food park is now District Six. I ducked in to have a couple of drinks and work outside for a bit. It's fun during the day and has some events at night. A great place to support.
Up and coming spot with a variety of things here! Eat, fitness, style. You can get a haircut. You can get drinks. Gotta visit if you're in Frisco
If you have an empanada emergency, this place will solve the problem. The owner from Argentina made the original Argentinian flavors but then generated more flavors for more international taste buds, still using Argentinian cooking techniques. They also had alfajores (dessert) which are very popular in Argentina.
Came here for avocado day and we were pretty happy.
[The Pros]
Nice selection of food. There are several food trucks, about 4 or 5 that sell a variety of items. The waits can be a little lengthy if it's busy, but the food is wonderful. There is plenty of seating, nice music, and cool places to take some pictures.
[The Bad]
Parking can be difficult. You'll most likely need to find parking on an adjacent street, but REMOVE EVERYTHING from your car here. While the music is nice, it's incredibly loud - so be prepared if you have sensitive hearing, since the speakers literally blare right where people are buying food.
Definitely worth visiting if you want a new experience and want to try lots of unique food items and have a beer around other cool people!
Not as fun or hip at I remembered. There were only 4 trucks. I got something from 3 of them and the food was pretty good; tacos from "Chef's Truck" were large and especially delicious--though everything seemed a tiny bit overpriced. Maybe that's just food trucks though. There are several clothing vendors, which seemed confusing? And a DJ that that to blast his beats loud to be heard over the freeway. I'd recommend for adults, but not great for kids.
Awesome way to spend your Sunday. Lots of different choices to eat and great vendors to support local vendors. Music is played by live DJs to have some fun with friends and family.
This place is such a vibe! Loved the DJ and the variety of food/bar. Tried hard kombucha! Next time we’ll get there a little earlier, as the food trucks close up at 5pm, with the actual area closing at 6pm.
A great mix of food trucks. Lots of picnic tables and open air dining which is helpful during the coronavirus. The empanadas were my favorite.
Loved my experience here!🔥 The vibe is the best🔥 The setting is perfect! 💕 Definitely a great place to enjoy and make great memories ❤️🔥🔥
