No idea about cost, but I had an off-site here and it was great. Excellent WiFi. The view was great, but not distracting. Easy access and the cafe down stairs had great coffee.

I was at this venue for a conference. The space was airy, there was seating for everyone, and I especially liked the fact that the bathrooms were gender-neutral. I didn't like that people had to walk past presenters to go to those bathrooms.
The real problem, though, was the elevator. *exasperated screaming face* On average, I waited about 7 minutes for one that had capacity. If the venue wasn't high up, I would've taken the stairs. When we finally caught an elevator, it was so tiny that it it was instantly full. We then spent lots of time yelling "nope" when the doors opened for other floors. Cool cool cool.
Overall, okay.
Nice staff. Feels spacious.
The office space my company rented on floor 17 across from the yoga center was a awesome layout , worked well for what my company's Open House was ment to do.
Love it there went to an event for full figured fashion week here. The Avenue blogger event. Love the atmosphere and all the lovely ladies I met. Beautiful views and excellent event
Was here for a fashion party tonight. The space is on the 2nd floor of this building. The elevators came fast and opened to an office building. There was a sign on the door alerting us which side to come to. Although it was not very clear as to which side we needed to go from the elevator.
The place was clean and there were 2 swinging doors leading to a kitchen.I didn't like the doors opening to the crowd.
Tables were set up for vendors, a few couches which could seat 10-12 people while many stood was not a wonderful idea.
Bathrooms were located down the hallway.
