The studios feature glossed concrete floors with interior white wall decor, ample electrical outlets, roof access and a 5,000 sq foot gated parking lot access available. This venue is available for daytime and evening events and outside catering is allowed. With 8,000 sq. ft., the main hall is very spacious, which can accommodate up to 1,200 standing guests, 800-chair seating and a 400 table seating capacity.
