Seems like a great venue, but contact with customers is lacking. I've contacted the venue twice through 2 different means (a wedding website, and directly) with all the details, only to receive a "what can we help you with?" response several days later. It's been a week and a half and I still don't know whether the venue is even available on our date.
Very friendly staff, prime location (right by the Capital One Arena) and beautiful venue. Hosted a partner training event on the 3rd floor that the Loft team set up custom to my requirements. Everything ran smoothly.
If you're looking for a place to host any kind of corporate gathering in the heart of DC without spending thousands on Food & Beverage minimums, look no further. Between the architecture, location, and cost there really isn't any other place like The Loft at 600F. I have held partner training events at The Loft on numerous occasions and my clients have always been more than happy. The staff is accommodating, flexible, and very easy to work with. Looking forward to many future events here.
I'm a photographer/videographer and have shot events at this venue on multiple occasions. It is one of my favorite spots in DC! Beautiful buildout, stylish decor, and you can't beat the location. On every occasion things have run smoothly from start to finish with the venue and their preferred vendors. I highly recommend them!
I recently held a holiday party at The Loft which turned out to be a complete success. It was an ease working with Amanda and her team to prepare for the event and ensure the floor plan was accurate. They were communicative, answered all questions in a timely manner and were willing to assist with last minute décor changes. This venue is a gem!
